Cancellation Policy

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. Once the product has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.

Refund Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Just make sure to include proof of purchase with the return. After 30 days from the delivery date, we won’t be able to offer a refund.
