To KAT Walkers, A decade passed, yet we didn't age a day

Dear KAT Walkers,

Typing "decade" still feels surreal. So we've walked through 3,600+ days and nights together. Yet the moment our first prototype sparked in that garage feels like yesterday. After countless failures and bugs, when it finally worked - the digital world suddenly acquired mass. My knees shook uncontrollably, I was really walking on the streets of GTA Vice City! I screamed with unstoppable excitement. Stepping off the treadmill, I swore: This dream-come-true joy—I must let more people feel it!

Building a startup is brutally hard. Silicon Valley startup clichés play out IRL, even worse. I can't help flipping through old R&D logs—the setbacks of these ten years still pierce like fresh wounds. Almost every week we faced "How could this happen?!" frustrations and "We must fix this!" determination. Whenever I wanted to quit, I'd stalk our Discord (yes I do this often LOL). Only seeing your support and passion gave me strength to keep going. You turned KAT Walk from an impulsive idea into a pioneer in VR locomotion. You are literally the best squad in the universe. No debate.

These ten years we've released 11 versions of VR treadmills. None were perfect, but we never stopped pushing forward, relentlessly iterating with an unshakable belief in continuous progress. In return: the ultimate treasure remains your screams and laughs in videos when stepping into your dream worlds—your realized dreams are our realized dreams. What fuels us is still that primal 10-year-old vow: Let everyone perceive the wonderful virtual world in a better way!

But when you return home drained, shut the door to your Gaming Cave... aren't we still those same OG gamers from ten years back?Still the same thrill-seekers at heart - always up for an adventure! (And cats too!) 

Ten years is long - but we haven't aged a day! Dreams are our lifelines—not just for ten years, but a lifetime grind.
